Our approach to white wines is to emphasize and preserve the varietal aromatics, flavor and acidity. In red wines we seek to develop intense flavors through harvest decisions and wine-making techniques during fermentation; we focus on mouthfeel and silky texture during maturation.

Flaneur Wines (1/2 mile, walking distance)
At Flaneur Wines we live by the idea that some of the best things in life are uncovered without intention, and that life—like a good wine—should be enjoyed and appreciated. Our winemaker constantly observes the wines, gently guiding them to evoke unique flavor profiles that exude the characteristics of our terroir and the vintage from which they were harvested. The result is a collection of vintages that give drinkers an experience where every sip is unique and each glass tells a story.

Stoller Family Estate (8 miles, 13 minutes)
The family established the property in 1943 and the vineyard 50 years later. Over the last 29 years, we have patiently transformed the 400-acre property into the largest contiguous vineyard in Oregon’s Dundee Hills. We control every step of the wine-growing and winemaking process, from pruning to bottling and everything in between. The result is award-winning wines that are balanced, complex, and consistently exceptional. We are honored to be ranked on the USA Today 10Best Tasting Rooms Reader’s Choice poll in 2016, 2018, 2019, 2020 2021, and 2022, and Oregon’s Most Admired Winery by the Portland Business Journal for seven consecutive years.
Stone Griffon Vineyard (1/2 mile, walking distance)
Stone Griffon Vineyard is the result of the passion and vision of winemaker and vineyard manager Terry McIntyre. The vineyard was planted in 2006, and more vines added in successive years. Our own estate-grown wines are Tempranillo, Riesling and several clones of Pinot Noir. Stone Griffon Vineyard opened our tasting room on Carlton’s Main Street in February 2015. We are a small, family-owned and operated winery, producing approximately 1800 cases of wine with the 2016 harvest, with 12 different vintages and varietals produced. Being a smaller facility, our goal is to provide a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in which everyone feels comfortable asking those “dumb” questions about wine and winemaking. Really, there are no dumb questions for someone who wants to know more about wine and wishes to enhance their wine tasting experience. Our guests are treated like guests in our home.
